k = knit
k2tog = knit 2 together
yo = yarn over
sl = slip
psso = pass slipped stitch over
mc = main colour
cc = contrast colour

Cast on 43 stitches

Row 5: (mc) K4, *[k2tog] twice, [yo, k1] 3 times, yo, [sl 1, k1, psso] twice, k1; repeat from * to last 3 stitches, k3.
